Neurodevelopmental Pathway
Across Hartlepool and Stockton-on-Tees we have developed a 'needs led' neurodevelopmental pathway to make sure you and your child are supported as much as possible. <SEND>
Help is available if you or a professional think that your child has a neurodevelopmental need.
Neurodiverse needs can be associated with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The pathway is for children and young people in the Tees Valley aged 5 to 18 years old.
In Stockton this service is provided by Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Foundation Trust.
