We offer the following services:

Daily home care

• assisting you to get in and out of bed
• assist with personal care
•  assist you in the preparation of your meals or prepare them for you
•  manage your medication with you
•  support you to maintain your mobility
  

Domestic and shopping support

• light housework; changing bed linen, cleaning your kitchen and bathroom, dusting and vacuuming
• support with washing and ironing
• support to buy groceries or other items 
  

Overnight care

• the extra confidence of someone being there to help if you wake in the night
  
• this can be either a waking night or a sleep-in night
 Live in carer

• the "In your own home alternative to a residential care home"
• this enables you to remain in your own home and still receive the 24/7 care you require
  

Social or holiday care

• don't let your health hold you back from enjoying the things you love
• we can accompany you on regular outings and activities or even your holidays to assist you to live as active life as possible
  

Sitting and respite service

• sometimes it is just nice to have someone to talk to
  
• someone you live with may need respite and you may need someone to care for you
