Young At Heart is a friendship group for people with dementia and their carers to attend together.

The Books and Bakes Book Club runs every second Monday of the month (except for 20 January 2025), from 1pm to 2:30pm at The Institute on Grays Road, Stockton-on-Tees. We welcome carers independent of the person with the memory problems/dementia. So, if you feel that you would benefit from a peer support group ran by other carers please do come along, regardless of whether the person with the memory problem attends.
