Tracy is a qualified Ayurvedic and Healing Arts Yoga teacher. Classes are aimed at beginners, with modifications for more experienced practitioners.

Aligning movement with the breath, Tracy takes you through a workout for the mind and body, leaving you refreshed and energised on all levels.

Learn how to stay present, cultivate inner peace and improve flexibility and balance.
