We are delighted to be partnering with MFC Foundation to deliver this free, 12-week fitness programme aimed at improving physical and mental health.
Join us on Friday afternoons 1:15pm to 2:15pm at the Jubilee Centre.
All are welcome, this programme will be tailored to all abilities and physical capabilities.
