Keep Moving Teesside! is a chair based yoga and exercise class, designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength and aerobic fitness in a safe, inclusive way.

Tai Chi is a graceful exercise and meditation system. Classed as an ancient Chinese Martial Art, Tai Chi is non-competitive and marries movement with breath, flowing into each movement without pause.

The walk and talk group is for people with dementia and their carers. The walk takes place at different locations each Monday and Thursday around the Stockton-on-Tees and the Tees Valley areas.
