Adult Psychological Therapies. Aged 16+ across Teesside and funded through NHS providing talking therapies for issues such as anxiety, stress, depression, bereavement and relationships.

Children, Young People and Families may at times need extra support to help understand feelings, emotions and behaviours therefore we provide schools based counselling and support services for children and families in primary, secondary schools and academies

Workplace Services - delivering a confidential range of counselling to help with personal and workplace issues including workload, stress, anxiety and work related absence for Stockton Council employees.

We offer a range of venues across the Borough including access via your GP Practice.
