''Fairbridge is a bespoke tailored programme that consist of a 5-day Access course which is designed for young people aged 16-25, and involves them stretching their personal social skills in group and outdoor situations, to improve their motivation, confidence and communication skills. After the 5 days access course, we then have flexible 'follow on ' courses usually every Wednesday and Friday, and we can give you feedback on how they are progressing. The 'follow on' courses range from adventurous activities, sporting activities, employability days, creative courses to healthy living, and more.
We have various pick points across the Tees Valley area, and we also refund travel expenses and provide lunch and snacks to the young person on a daily basis.
