Stockton-on-Tees Food Power Network

Food and toiletries are available for free, or for a small donation from SFPN Community Pantries and other Eco Shops. As well as food support, they offer other help such as healthy eating advice, cooking workshops and community cafes. Foodbanks are also accessible across the Borough.

Food donations
Non-perishable in-date food is donated by the public at a range of places, such as schools, churches and local businesses, as well as supermarket collection points. It is then sorted into emergency food parcels by more than 40,000 nationwide volunteers, to be given to people in need.

Food vouchers

Care professionals such as health visitors, schools and social workers identify people in crisis and issue them with a food bank voucher. This means people can receive a food bank parcel of three days' nutritionally balanced, non-perishable food from their local food bank.

The SFPN is a partnership of voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations that aims to transform the way that communities experiencing food poverty access support and help people to have long, sustainable lives that are free from hunger.
