Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (MCST) are activity sessions are set up to deliver a rolling programme of the proven Maintenance Cognitive Stimulation Therapy programme which follows on from the Memory Clinic.

Alongside this we also have our 'In Our Shoes" carer support group for carers to meet for peer support while the person they care for is engaged in the activities.

We welcome carers independent of the person with the memory problems/dementia. So, if you feel that you would benefit from a peer support group ran by other carers please do come along, regardless of whether the person with the memory problem attends.
