Our Fully Funded Pop Up Cafe (supported by Middlesbrough Council, The Allen Lane Foundation and Tees Valley Community Fund) is a place where after class, people can come together for a good chat and free tea, coffee and refreshments.

Cafe AMALA offers older adults and those living with long term health conditions:
- A supportive ear
- Comradery and friendship
- Signposting to local services
- Information on practising safely outside of class
- Ways to improve practice
- Time to answer questions and offer advice where there would not be time in exercise sessions
- Time to develop relationships built in exercise sessions.
- Help and support to develop home exercise and meditation/relaxation plans
- Free resources and home work-out equipment
- Special guest talks
- Volunteering opportunities
Cafe AMALA runs on:
- Third Friday of the month - 2:30 - 3:30pm at The Rings Community Hub, 39 The Rings, Ingleby Barwick, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 5LL
- Third Monday of month - 4:15 - 5:15 at Glebe Community Centre, Hanover Parade, The Glebe, Norton, Stockton-on-Tees, TS20 1RB
