Rise Up and Sing

Rise Up and Sing provides a safe space for you to meet like minded people and do something you love whilst boosting your confidence, self-esteem and your general mental health and wellbeing.

Space are limited for the first six months.

There are two groups:

• Group 1 starting Tuesday 24 April, 12:30pm to 2:30pm
• Group 2 starting Thursday 25 April, 12pm to 2pm

You will need to book to join one of the groups.
