Unforgettable Experiences provides creative, interactive and practical support to help older people with dementia, those with neurological conditions and their carers to access arts, culture and heritage based activities as an alternative model of care.
If you are looking for stimulating and engaging artistic activities our qualified and professional artists will help you to become acquainted with an art form of your choice. Sessions include art and crafts, music, history, photography, creative writing and dance.
You will also receive support from your own personal Digital Activity Buddy who will help you to participate in sessions twice per week online.
