Al-Anon Family Groups

Our friendly helpline volunteers, who are all Al-Anon members, are available 365 days a year between 10am and 10pm. If you need to talk to someone immediately, call us on 0800 0086 811.

Whatever your relationship is with a drinker, however chaotic your family life is with a problem drinker, Al-Anon can provide a safe-haven in which to share experience, strength and hope; you are more than welcome to simply turn up to an A-Anon meeting, or attend a virtual meeting either over the telephone, or online.
