Mental health resources for parents and carers - Anna Freud Centre
Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families offer advice and guidance to parents and carers to help support children and young people who may be struggling with poor mental health. <SEND>
The main aim of the resources are:
- to support parents and carers trying to navigate the mental health system on behalf or in support of a child or young person
- to help parents and carers stay connected with their child to find solutions together
- the help parents and carers talk to schools, colleges and extended family
- to highlight the importance of looking after yourself as a parent or carer
