Voyage Care
Voyage Care provides support for thousands of people with learning and physical disabilities, brain injuries, autism and other needs across the UK.
We offer person centred care and support in a range of settings, and have experience of enabling people to move from a residential setting to a more independent supported living environment as their needs change.
The services we offer include:
- supported living and outreach support
- residential services
- pre-independent living
- respite services
- services for children and young people
- day services
- brain injury rehabilitation
- intensive support services
All support is tailored to the individual needs of those we support, and our mission is to create an environment that promotes independence and positive outcomes.
