Families - RISE (Reach, Inspire, Support and Empower)
A Way Out's RISE Family Support worker provides in-house holistic wrap around family intervention work designed to build resilience for change and to cope with ongoing challenges, provide support to address a range of issues around debt, benefits, low mood and relationships.
The RISE family service alongside our partners aims to Reach, Inspire, Support and Empower families in need who are struggling with a range of complex issues including:-
- Anti-social behaviour
- Truancy
- Domestic abuse
- Mental health
- Debt
- Worklessness
- Housing
- Wellbeing and self-esteem
Additional services are offered as part of our Family Service including smoking cessation advice and guidance; positive parenting through the Family Links Nurturing Programme and the Welcome to the World support for pregnant women.
