In the Stockton area, the organisation offers an adult support service, a children's support service, refuge, a preventions programme and Group Programmes. The refuges are open to women and children fleeing domestic abuse.
Harbour is also a member of BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapists).
Harbour support services include:
- Harbour Counselling Programme
- Harbour's counselling programme offers support to victims of sexual abuse or rape. Qualified counsellors work with males and females aged 18 and over on an individual or group basis
- Harbour Children and Young Persons Services
- Domestic Abuse Prevention Service
