The Self Assessment Helpline is a national telephone service providing help, advice and information on a wide range of Self Assessment enquiries, to taxpayers, agents and employers.
Calls received by the Helpline are routed to the first available member of staff. They are totally committed to providing a consistently high level of service via a customer focused approach which provides clear, understandable and accurate assistance to all callers, from one point of contact.
The staff answering calls require a wide range of knowledge, not only about Self Assessment but taxation generally. Therefore they are trained to a very high standard to enable them to answer enquiries.
