The Hospital of God owns 65 almshouses in Greatham, 14 in Norton and 25 in Stockton for people of pensionable age.

Most of these are modern flats and bungalows offering a variety of sheltered accommodation and have a warden call system installed which can be used to summon assistance in the case of an emergency. A warden is available at Greatham and Stockton to encourage residents to live their lives as independently and fully as possible.
