Our mission statement.
When the academy was set up just over 30 years ago, it had the following three aims:
- To ensure that students attending would be prepared for the world of work.
- To ensure that young people would be responsible and active citizens who would make moral decisions.
- To ensure that the school would play a key role in the community.
- These aims are just as relevant for us today as they were 30 years ago.t is represented by our motto 'Inspiring every student to succeed ' and is founded on seven key values.
