I have over 15 years experience working as a childcare practitioner not just as an OFSTED registered childminder but as a nursery officer and a nursery nurse working in private day nurseries, school nurseries and reception classes. I actively work towards the learning and development of each child and work in partnership with other settings to deliver the early years foundation stage (EYFS). I have planned activities in place, adult led and child initiated, these link to the EYFS. I carry out observations on each child in my setting and make assessments on their individual needs and learning.
