Kids 1st in Ingleby Barwick is a purpose built nursery, situated near Tesco, at the top of Myton Road and next to Romano Park. All of the rooms are bright and colourful and very inviting to children. We have a variety of interesting and stimulating activities for all children to participate in, as well as providing our very own unique learning enhancements. All activities and experiences for the children help them to develop into happy, confident children. Each of the rooms has their own door to the garden area giving them the choice of being outdoors or indoors. The outdoor area is very spacious and provides lots of opportunities for the children to be hands on with nature. We have a strong, caring staff team who all hold the same ethos and would love to meet you. The children's health, care, enjoyment and interests are always at the forefront of everything that we do.

SEND provisions:
Nursery staff at Busy Bees Ingleby Barwick, have a wealth of experience working with a number of children with special educational needs / disabilities. The nursery has a SENCO that has been through Local Authority training for supporting children with SEND and also has had specific company SENCO training on Equality and Inclusion policy and procedures. The SENCO works closely with the child's key person, parents and with permission form parents outside agencies to gain further advice in supporting each child individually. In order to provide a differentiated curriculum, that is appropriate; the SENCO will work with parents / carers, key person and outside agencies to produce a Personal Inclusion Plan. The nursery is purpose built and is on one level. The building is fully accessible and if needed there is an accessible toilet facility.
