Zumba Gold - Young At Heart ULO

Our Zumba Gold is a moderate intensity dance-based exercise and active living class designed for older people. Zumba Gold can help with mobility, balance, coordination and confidence. You can join us every Friday at 10.30am, at The Institute on Grays Road, Stockton-on-Tees.

Places are strictly limited. Please call Alison Watson-Shields on 07590535448 to book your place.

We welcome carers independent of the person with the memory problems/dementia. So, if you feel that you would benefit from a peer support group ran by other carers please do come along, regardless of whether the person with the memory problem attends.
