The social groups help you to:
- connect with other neurodivergent adults
- create friendships and supportive connections
- take part in fun community activities such as cinema, walks, board games, escape room, pub, meals out etc.
There are afternoon and evening groups running across the Tees Valley, Monday to Thursday.
