Together 21

This unique project, run by the Pioneering Care Partnership, supports children and young people with Down syndrome to acquire essential skills that will equip them to meet the future with confidence.

Our weekly development support sessions are face-to-face in three age ranges 0 to 4-years, 5 to 11-years, and 12 to 18-years and cover:

•speech, language and communication including Makaton
•literacy and numeracy
•sensory play
•fine and gross motor skills
•social skills and emotional wellbeing
