Could you do with someone to talk to? Are you going through a tough time? Come along and join one of our free, walk and talk groups.
There's no need to book, just show up on the day and meet up at the museum entrance.
Our volunteers have lived experience and can offer you peer support in a safe, non-judgemental space.
One-to-one sessions are also available.
