Guts UK
Guts UK is the national charity for the digestive system. We provide information on more than 40 digestive conditions and symptoms, as well as digestive health and lifestyle. We also provide our This Can't Wait cards for anyone with a digestive disorder who needs to use the toilet urgently.
Our This Can't Wait cards are small, wallet-sized cards and can be shown to people in public spaces to let them know that you need urgent access to a toilet. Our cards do not guarantee urgent access to a toilet, but can help.
We can post a free This Can't Wait card to anyone in the UK with a digestive condition.
