Let's Talk Diabetes 26 June flyer

If you are living with diabetes, recently diagnosed, pre-diabetic or caring from somone who is and you need a bit of advice, or just want to talk, then please drop-in for a friendly chat.

There will be services attending the event including:

  • North Tees Diabetes Eye Screening UK
  • Diabetes UK
  • a social prescriber with lived experience

Drop-in to this free event on Tuesday, 30 June from 11:30am to 1:30pm at the Wellbeing Hub, Unit 5, Wellington Square, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 1RG.
