Tees Valley Getting Help Service

We are a Tees Valley mental health and wellbeing service supporting children and young people aged 5 to 18, and up to the age of 25 for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), as well as their families. We support those experiencing early mental health concerns.

Tees Valley Getting Help Service

We work in schools, community settings and other local services across Tees Valley to provide a wide range of support. This includes working directly with children and young people, offering advice and guidance for families, providing training and support for parents and carers, school staff and other professionals, please visit our training hub page for more information.

i-Thrive

We use the nationally recognised i-Thrive framework, which helps us tailor our support based on individual needs, not labels or diagnoses. Support might look different for each child or young person, some may need quick advice, while others may need more focused or ongoing help.

More information about i-Thrive is available on the i-Thrive YouTube video.
